Tipton started the better of the two sides in this encounter and should have gone in front early but for the Bustleholme keeper who made a number of good saves from Nathan Turner and Thomas Cottam to name but a few.
One stand out save from Harry Clifton shot from the edge of the box.
Bustleholme defended well to there credit and it was them that went in front, a mistake in the middle of the park let in the Bustleholme striker for his first visit into our penalty box and he finished well past Liam Haynes who got a touch but couldn’t keep the ball out.

Danny Wood came on at half time for Conner Appleyard and we started to look for an equaliser it finally came with twenty mins left when Conner Connor Garrett skipped past the fullback found Harry Clifton who fired home, a couple of more chances came and went and it ended honours even.
So we have to settle for a point on the opening day
