Bank holiday weekends are always tricky games but the group came through with flying colours.
A couple of changes with Ryan Williams and Ryan Dehaney coming in for injured Josh Clift and Nathan Turner who is away.
Tipton started well and really should have gone in front in the first half but the last pass letting them down to often , the busy Tom Cottam and Harry Clifton was alway a threat for the home side but pushing for the goal we could have found ourselves behind but 0-0 half time was fair score .
Second half saw the introduction of Ryan Piggott for Mitch Simcox who felt unwell .
Tipton took the game to Wyrley and Conner Scott quickly broke the deadlock with a neat header this was quickly added to by a Ryan Dehaney heading home at the back post 0-2.
Further changes were then made with Conner Appleyard, Myles Nettleford, Trevor Wassell and Sam Green all coming onto the pitch .
Wyrley not threatening to much in the half we’re given a lifeline with 5 mins left a decision to give them a corner which was very dubious saw them scoring .
So a late scare but lads saw the game through to earn the points .
We would like to wish Danny Wood mom a fast recovery after being taken Ill at the game .
