A poor first half performance saw us 1 down inside 5 minutes and again from a corner. It was 2-0 just before half time from a free kick on the edge of the box.
In truth we never looked like scoring and it was one way traffic for large parts of the half.
Second half was a different story, Ryan Piggott got away down the right to pull the ball back for Tom Cottam to fire home spectacularly after 2 mins of the re-start.
All us now and two great chances came and went but we were on top and playing well .
The game was killed for us on 60 mins when former player Adam Callingswood fired home a great shot from the edge of the box.
We battled to the end and can take some comfort on a much improved second half, but all the points went to Gornal leaving us again empty handed.
We must stop giving good sides a goal start.
