A freezing cold and windy day at Tipton and a game that never really sparked into life .
Tipton started the brightest and could have gone 1 up in the first couple of minutes but Ryan Piggott effort just cleared the bar .
The striker didn’t have to wait long though for his goal bringing down perfectly an upfield pass and sliding home for his eight goal of the season .
Allscott although didn’t threaten a lot up top fought for every ball in midfield and we struggled with our passing to really create enough .
Second half again saw Tipton on the front foot and we increased our lead when Myles ‘Mylo’ Nettleford skipped past three defenders and found the corner .
Try as we did we couldn’t find the third goal that would make the game comfortable and we we’re caught out with twenty mins to play when the ball cleared everyone in our box and there striker tapped home .
Allscott we’re then reduced to ten men but even then we failed to string enough passes together to hurt them but we saw the game through and took the three points .
