A difficult place to go at the best of times but to go there with 12 players unavailable made it even harder .
All that was asked was hard work but we did much better than that , the outstanding Sam Armstrong running there back 4 ragged with his ability to run in behind at hold the ball up .
It was his flick that sent Danny Bell away on the left who showed calm to place the ball in the net .
We then created numerous chances but lacked the killer pass or shot in the last 3rd , Allscott then equalised with a debatable goal that should have been a free kick to us.
Danny Bell then limped off injured making way for Harry Clifton who with his non stop work rate time and time again saw us get in behind them .
So we went in disappointed to be level with the chances we created .
Second half was much of the same our midfield and back 4 working tirelessly and Allscott offered very little .
Our second goal was a well worked goal seeing Jake Fairhurst start and finish getting on the end of a great pass from Harry Clifton to poke home .
Allscott rallied and again equalised this time with a scrappy goal we could not clear our lines and the ball finished up in the net .
We should have won the game late on but we didn’t take a glorious chance .
No complaints today though other that we should have 3 points but the lads battled for everything and should be happy with there hard fought point
